The language course is a great way to learn a world language under the guidance of friendly, native-speaking instructors and to meet students from other fields of study.

The language course is a great opportunity to learn French in an interactive way. The language is very important in many academic fields, and especially in philosophy, where it comes in handy when studying philosophers like Derrida, Sartre, or Camus.

French is a beautiful, melodic language that is truly enriching. I definitely recommend the French course at the Language Center.

I chose this language because of its beautiful phonetics, the native-speaking instructor, and its relevance to my field of study.

I took French in school, but unfortunately I didn't get a chance to practice the language. Ms. Goldschmidt-Terbeck is very open to our questions; although the schedule is pretty tight, everyone enjoys attending this class because of her friendly manner.

Personally, I enjoy studying languages. The course isn't too challenging or too fast-paced, so—unlike in school—I actually enjoy learning this language.

I think it's wonderful that, as a university employee, I can build a solid foundation in French after work. The pace is phenomenal, and our instructor is great.

The language course is fun, and French is a beautiful and useful language—so I highly recommend it.

French is a beautiful, melodic language, and it's fun to learn it from a native speaker.

The French class is fun because the teacher is very friendly. You get plenty of support, and the teacher takes the time to work with each person individually.

The course has a casual and relaxed atmosphere, which makes learning fun.
