Welcome to the Lower Castle movement area
You will find fitness equipment, a table football table and a large exercise room equipped with mats and Pezzi balls. Health offers and screenings also take place here regularly.
Opening hours:
The exercise area in US-D 007-009 will be open for general fitness on Wednesdays 7 :00-20:00 from October 01, 2025.
Closure is suspended on these days.
Courses and screenings are also regularly offered on the premises.
