Advancement Award for Young Scientists 2025 for Dr. Philipp Köhn

Dr. Philipp Köhn received the University of Siegen's 2025 Award for Young Scientists for his scientific publication "From Intention to Behavior: How Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation and Job Fit Influence Employee Intrapreneurship in SMEs".

The study was co-authored with Prof. Dr. Giuseppe Strina and published in the journal Creativity and Innovation Management.

The award recognizes outstanding publications by young academics and is endowed with prize money of 250 euros. The award-winning work makes an important contribution to the understanding of individual entrepreneurial behavior of employees and its influencing factors in small and medium-sized enterprises.

The prize for young academics is awarded annually by the Association for the Promotion of the School of Economic Disciplines, Business Information Systems and Business Law at the University of Siegen and is aimed at excellent academic journal publications by researchers in the qualification phase.
