Compatibility week of the HNF

The HochschulNetzwerk Familie NRW (HNF NRW) will continue to offer a varied program of events for employees, students and interested parties at member universities in 2026. The focus is on topics relating to the compatibility of studies, career and family as well as current social challenges in the university context.

In addition to regular network meetings and professional exchange, the program includes various event formats such as workshops, lectures and activities. A particular focus is on the nationwide compatibility week in May, which invites people to raise awareness and exchange experiences with various contributions and formats.

The events offer space for practical impulses, collegial exchange and the further development of family-friendly structures at universities. The offer is aimed at specialist staff and multipliers as well as students and employees who want to actively address issues of compatibility.
