Information on bicycle leasing for employees

The Ministry of Finance of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia has informed us that the award procedure for the introduction of the bicycle leasing model has not yet been completed. Prior to the planned award of the contract, a review procedure was initiated by an interested company at the responsible procurement chamber.

As it is not yet possible to predict when a decision will be made on the review procedure, it is not currently possible to give a specific launch date. As things stand today, however, it can be assumed that it will probably no longer be possible to introduce the bicycle leasing model in 2026.
