The publication was created by an interdisciplinary team of authors - including Tobias Seidl, Elisabeth Scherer, Holger Müller, Natalie Böddicker and Peter Bernardi - and highlights the application of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®method in higher education teaching and organizational development. The book consists of the following parts:

  • Introduction to the method: basics, didactic considerations and possible applications in the university environment.

  • Practical examples: 44 concrete use cases from different areas of everyday university life show how the method can be used to promote creativity, teamwork, reflection and problem solving.
