On October 1, 2026, a new project will launch at the University of Siegen aimed at supporting students on their path to a successful degree and reducing dropout rates. The project will be carried out by student assistants under the direction of Kai Horstmann. First, data on dropouts and delayed graduation will be analyzed. Building on this, interviews will be conducted with students to gather detailed information about the reasons for delays in completing their studies. The goal is to develop a program that provides students with the appropriate support throughout their studies so they can graduate successfully.
