Special Opening Hours During the Summer Semester 2026 Exam Period

Sunday hours (AR and US) alternate on four Sundays in July and August. In addition, AR will remain open Monday through Friday until 9:00 p.m. from July 20 to August 14, 2026.

In response to popular demand, during the exam period of the 2026 Summer Semester, the Main Library (AR) and the Branch Library (US ) will take turns opening on four Sundays in July and August: 

  • July 19, 2026: AR
  • July 26, 2026: US
  • August 2, 2026: AR
  • August 9, 2026: US  

Each time from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p. m.

In addition, the main library on Adolf-Reichwein-Straße (AR) will remain open until 9:00 p.m. monday through friday from July 20 to August 14, 2026.
