Success for ATHENA: European Degree Label Application Approved

The European Degree Label is a new European quality recognition initiative designed to highlight outstanding joint and transnational study programmes. It acknowledges educational offers developed and delivered by higher education institutions from different European countries that meet common European quality standards.

The initiative aims to strengthen cooperation between universities, facilitate the recognition of joint programmes, and create new opportunities for students across Europe. At the same time, it represents an important step towards the possible development of a future joint European degree.

Through this initiative, ATHENA and its partner universities will continue working together to strengthen transnational education, foster student mobility, and promote innovative learning experiences across Europe.
