New large-scale applications, current technical developments, practical experience and standardization in the field of ultra-high performance concrete were the focus of the third international UHPFRC symposium - after 2009 and 2013 - which took place for the first time in Montpellier in southern France from 2 to 4 October 2017.
The Chair of Concrete Structures at the University of Siegen was represented at this conference with two contributions on the topics of "The German Guideline for ultra-high performance concrete" and "Effect of specimen size on the compressive strength of ultra-high performance concrete".
