NOTE -- Removal of Facade Panels [PB_B]

Dear Users,

On October 1 and 2, 2026, two facade panels will be removed from Building “B” on Paul-Bonatz-Straße; please see the attached photos and the aerial view for more details. To do this, a crane will be positioned on the east side (valley side) twice (see aerial view, red dots) and will remove one panel at a time. Afterward, following an inspection and documentation, the gap will be sealed as effectively as possible against the elements using a wooden beam and tarpaulin structure to protect the facade.
The interior gypsum wall will not be structurally compromised and will remain in place.
Specifically, the following rooms are affected by this work: PB_B 026, 021/1, 0126, and 0118. Construction noise is expected at times on both days

Therefore, construction noise as well as obstructions to access routes in and around the PB-B building section are to be expected at times on both days. 
For safety reasons, some parking spaces will also be cordoned off on October 1, 2026.

We therefore ask for your understanding. The “work on connecting the power supply” consists of preparatory measures for the subsequent commissioning of the new freight elevator “AR_G.” This will also result in a temporary shutdown of the refrigeration units. Please check all equipment after the power supply is restored!
