Primary school pedagogy working group
The teaching and research focus of the primary school pedagogy working group lies in the areas of general primary school pedagogy and didactics, subject teaching and its didactics, as well as (early) childhood learning and education research. The working group focuses in particular on the topics of learning processes in childhood, collaborative learning, digitality, pedagogical approaches to diversity and inclusion.
The members of the working group specifically combine their respective research focuses in terms of content and methodology with teacher training in the sense of "research-based learning" as a key didactic dimension.
The Primary School Education working group offers courses for the following Bachelor's and Master's degree programs:
- Educational sciences for elementary school teachers
- Educational sciences for elementary school teachers with integrated special needs education (IFP)
- Educational science
- Pedagogy: Development and Inclusion (BAStEI)
