Particify is web-based. The GDPR-compliant voting system is organized in so-called "rooms" and can be used immediately by all participants via smartphone, tablet or notebook.surveys can be created by all university members (employees, lecturers, students).
Requirements for creating surveys
Active ZIMT account (university user ID with corresponding password) required for one-time registration with Particify if you want to create your own surveys.
No registration is required for pure participation in surveys.
What can Particify do?
- Live poll à la "Who wants to be a millionaire?": Voting or comprehension barometer (A|B|C|D, via emojis or prioritization)
- Word cloud: Participants can answer with keywords. The relative frequencies are visualized in the form of a word cloud.
- Live Q&A: A room can be moderated, the participants' comments can be viewed before publication and, if necessary, sorted out or confirmed/answered. Participants can also upvote or downvote each other's comments.
- Single or multiple questions (single, multiple choice) / yes|no questions / open question - free text answers / find the number
- Likert scale ("Agree" / "Agree somewhat" / "Disagree less" ...)

Good to know...
Voting rooms can be created both as a guest and as a registered user .
Attention: If you want to use rooms again, the guest account is not suitable for storage! Rooms created in guest mode are deleted if
- the browser is set to delete cookies on exit;
- the private mode of the browser was used when the room was created;
- the guest account has not been used for more than 180 days. After 180 days of inactivity, the guest account will also be deleted.
