uniChor
The uniChor Siegen is made up of students and staff from across the University of Siegen—and outsiders are also warmly welcome! The repertoire is wide-ranging. In addition to a cappella choral music ranging from the Baroque era to the present, the choir regularly performs larger works with instrumental or orchestral accompaniment, for example in collaboration with the uniOrchester, the Philharmonie Südwestfalen, or other choirs such as the Kantorei Siegen. Since the summer of 2004, the uniChor has been under the direction of UMD Ute Debus.
Sing Along!
The uniChor Siegen invites you to come sing with us!
We’re looking for dedicated singers in all voice parts. All university members—as well as anyone from outside the university who enjoys singing in a choir—are warmly welcome!
If you’re interested or have any questions, please feel free to send us anemail and briefly tell us who you are, what voice part you sing, and whether you have any previous choir experience.
We on the board look forward to hearing from you!
