FSR GG LABAMA (Bachelor's and Master's Programs in Humanities and Social Sciences for Teacher Education)

Hello everyone,
we are the FSR GGLaBaMa, which stands for the Student Council for Humanities and
Social Sciences at the bachelor’s, master’s, and teacher-training levels. The Student Council (FSR) is
the student representation of interests at the department level; in our case, this includes all degree programs inthe Humanities and Social Sciences at Faculty I
and all teacher education programs at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels.
We represent the interests and concerns of the students.

• plan interesting events and field trips?
Then join our team!

Our tasks:
• organize events
• plan the ESE (first-semester orientation)
• addressing issues and concerns regarding faculty, courses, exam regulations, etc.
• representing students on university committees
• communicating important information to students
We meet once a week for the FSR meeting ( attendance is possible both in person and online ).

FSR SLM

The Student Council for Linguistics, Literature, and Media Studies (FSR SLM 🦊) provides representation of interests for you during your studies. We advocate for all students in the linguistics, literature, and media studies programs and are your first point of contact for any questions, problems, or concerns related to your studies.

Whether it’s your schedule, exam regulations, academic organization, or personal challenges in everyday university life—we strive to support you, offer advice, or refer you to the right people. At the same time, we represent your interests and actively incorporate your perspectives into decision-making processes .

In addition to our work on higher education policy, we regularly organize FSR events and activities, such as Welcome Week and gatherings where you can meet other students, exchange ideas, or simply have a good time. So getting involved is worthwhile not only to make a difference, but also to become part of a committed and open-minded group.

If you have questions, need support, or would like to get involved yourself, feel free to talk to us or send us an email. The FSR doesn’t run itself: it only works when students actively help shape it!
