Relaxation techniques to join in

Do you often feel tense and wish you had more inner peace and serenity? In this workshop, you will learn various relaxation methods, such as breathing techniques and mindfulness training. The workshop offers a relaxed atmosphere in which you can try things out together, reflect and gather new ideas. Ideal for anyone who wants to take a break from their hectic everyday life and develop more serenity and inner peace.
