Andreas Stamm is an auditor and tax consultant at dhpg. His consulting and auditing activities focus on medium-sized companies and groups from the commercial and service sectors as well as trade. He also advises these companies on accounting in accordance with international standards and the development of national
and international compliance management systems. His personal approach is to provide holistic advice to family businesses and their owners. As a specialist consultant for corporate succession (DStV e.V.), this applies in particular to his approach to corporate and asset succession cases, which he provides comprehensive professional support for with a view to the stakeholders involved. He also supports companies in the implementation of
sustainability reporting, taking ESG criteria into account. Andreas Stamm is a speaker and author of numerous publications. He is also a member of the DIHK Finance and Tax Committee. After studying business administration at
, he worked for a medium-sized auditing company.

He moved to dhpg in 1995. He has been a senior partner since 2004.
