BASA compulsory internship form

Registration and approval of compulsory internships for the Bachelor's degree program in Social Work is carried out using the compulsory internship form (pages 1+2). After completing the internship, pages 3 + 4 must be completed by the internship placement. The completed form (all 4 pages) is forwarded to the Social Work Practice Office when the corresponding coursework 11.1+2 or 12.1+2 has been completed in unisono.
