Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) has been a member of staff at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Accounting and Corporate Governance at the University of Siegen since 2010. After completing his studies in business administration at Bochum University of Applied Sciences, he worked as an auditing assistant at KPMG and as an audit manager at Arthur Andersen in Munich. He then specialized in corporate finance as a project manager at the law firm Flick Gocke Schaumburg (FGS) in Bonn and as a manager for corporate development and mergers & acquisitions at Petrotec AG in Borken. In addition to his work at the chair, he supports consultants and entrepreneurs, particularly in matters relating to company valuations and the valuation of intangible assets as well as audits of the annual financial statements of medium-sized companies.
