Dr. Hippchen, born in 1979 in St. Wendel, studied International Business Administration at the Saarland University of Applied Sciences. After completing her studies, she worked as a Tax Senior at Ernst & Young Luxembourg and later as a Project Manager at UBS Luxembourg S.A.. She also gained experience in medium-sized tax consulting and auditing firms. In addition to her professional activities, she completed a Master's degree in Finance & Banking at the Lahr University of Applied Sciences. During her doctorate, Dr. Hippchen was a member of staff at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Accounting and Corporate Governance, at the University of Siegen. She completed her doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Andreas Dutzi at the University of Witten/Herdecke in July 2016.
