The Path to the Employability Pass

International students complete the FIT program by taking courses from all four pillars and earning a certain number of credits.

Upon successful completion, they receive an official certificate from the University of Siegen attesting to the competencies and skills they have acquired.

This serves as valuable proof for future job applications and a helpful indicator for employers.
