Throttling the HPC Cluster

Due to the high temperatures, the cluster unfortunately has to be operated with significantly reduced resources. It remains functional.

Wait times will be significantly longer. In particular, users who wish to use specific nodes should check whether those nodes are still available at all. However, users who have configured their jobs without specifying particular nodes should not be affected. All queues and partitions remain available.
