Dear users,
Webex is currently disrupted for some users. For those affected, it is not possible to encrypt or decrypt data. New WebEx sessions apparently no longer receive the encryption key "This message cannot be decrypted"
In addition, no new meetings can be scheduled in the Webex app "Loading..."
We are currently analyzing the problem and will try to fix it as soon as possible.
Update 26.01, 12:00: Scheduling meetings via Outlook with the "Add Webex Meeting" button still seems to work.
