Theory-practice bridge (3BWLBA028)
As part of the module Theory-Practice Bridge (3BWLBA028), students of the Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration can have a company internship credited.
Background
Key qualifications are required for entry into the world of work - i.e. interdisciplinary, professional field-oriented skills that enable you to react flexibly to different professional requirements throughout your working life and to deal with them appropriately. Methodological, personal and social skills are fundamental, such as the ability to deal with conflict and criticism, teamwork, assertiveness and an understanding of complex systems. As your specialist or management career progresses, interpersonal, information-related and decision-oriented management skills are increasingly required. As part of your studies, you will acquire such skills, learn to assess them and apply them in practice. This acquisition of skills is based on theory on the one hand, and on the other hand on direct practical experience as part of the theory-practice bridge.
