Avoid plagiarism - cite correctly

This course provides a basic understanding of academic integrity and, building on this, deals specifically with the avoidance of plagiarism in academic writing. It is therefore about teaching skills in dealing with (academic) sources (research, organization, classification/evaluation) and correct citation.
Furthermore, it will be discussed how developments in the field of artificial intelligence are changing research possibilities and academic writing practice and competence and how writing support tools are to be classified with regard to the definition of plagiarism and academic misconduct.

    We offer the course in person and online. 
    The meeting point for face-to-face courses is the foyer of the Main Library AR, for courses via Webex you will receive the link to the room after registration.

    Please register for the desired date by 12:00 noon the day before at the latest, stating your e-mail address, enrollment number and your field of study.
