Welcome to the website of the Chair of Public Law and Sustainability Law
Our chair is dedicated to research and teaching in the field of public commercial law and, in particular, sustainability law. Our research focuses on international economic law and European foreign trade law, in particular with regard to the significance of these areas of law for sustainability issues (environmental protection and human rights) as well as equality rights in the multi-level system of constitutional, European and international law.
In sustainability law, current research focuses on corporate obligations in the context of supply chain regulation, equality law issues of intergenerational justice in the sustainability transformation as well as sustainable health care and mobility in rural-industrial areas.
On this page you will also find information about our courses, our team, our chair library and much more.
