Workshop for Managers
Employee Leadership and Coaching
Empowering Employees:
Recognizing Potential, Supporting Development
For companies, it is not only important to attract skilled workers but also to retain them over the long term. Effective human resources and leadership practices create the necessary conditions for this. Managers face the challenge of developing and motivating employees while keeping the organization’s goals in mind.
This workshop covers fundamental leadership concepts and provides insights into the key tasks and functions of successful employee leadership. Participants will reflect on their own leadership behavior and examine how it relates to employee motivation and performance. Various leadership tools will be analyzed in terms of their opportunities, risks, and potential applications.
The content is illustrated using practical case studies and applied to participants’ own professional contexts in collaboration with the other participants. This allows participants to identify personal strengths and areas for growth in their leadership practices and to derive concrete starting points for further developing their leadership skills.
