How to be successful in a job interview
The interview is the central element of any personnel selection process. This is where it is decided who gets the job. This course is about how to prepare well for the interview. Marcellus Menke, Head of the Career Service at the University of Siegen, introduces the most common elements of the selection interview and shows how to overcome hurdles and pitfalls.
Information on
The event prepares participants for telephone interviews, video interviews and classic face-to-face interviews. There are tips on the phases of the interview, success criteria and methods of preparation. The exercises will train skills that will help you to conduct the interview successfully.
