How to be successful in the job interview
The job interview is the central element of any personnel selection process. It is here that it is decided who gets the job. This course is about how to prepare well for the interview. Marcellus Menke, Head of Career Service at the University of Siegen, presents the most frequently used elements of the selection interview and shows how to overcome hurdles and pitfalls.
Information
The event prepares participants for telephone interviews, video interviews, and classical face-to-face interviews. There are tips on the phases of the interview, success criteria, and methods of preparation. The exercises train skills that will help you to conduct the interview successfully.
