For many students, exam stress is a part of everyday student life. In this workshop, you’ll learn how your brain reacts to stress, discover effective stress-management techniques, and develop a personal routine that will help you approach exams with greater relaxation and focus.

Registration is required to participate. The workshop will be held in English.

What to Expect

  • Understanding Exam Stress:
    Learn how stress develops in the brain and why it affects your concentration and performance.

  • Targeted stress reduction:
    Learn simple techniques you can use to quickly calm your body and mind and relieve tension.

  • Developing a Personal Exam Routine:
    Create a personalized plan with practical exercises for everyday use that will prepare you optimally for your next exam.

Led by psychologist Christina Eisenbach from the Psychological Counseling team at the University of Siegen. 

Participation can count toward 2 points in the Well-Being & Social Integration category for the Employability Pass.
