- What it's about: The mostly unconscious attitude that helps us to classify our experience into temporal categories (past, present, future) influences not only our actions and the decisions we make, but also our well-being or the risk of mental/physical illness. We want to investigate the connection between this attitude and well-being in more detail.

- Target group: Students aged 18 and over
- Duration: Participation is possible until 10.07.2026

- This is what it's all about: In the study "How do people navigate their everyday lives?" (NaviTag), we are investigating how people organize their everyday situations and how this is related to characteristics of their personality and the respective situations. Participation is via smartphone and comprises an initial questionnaire and short daily surveys over a period of 14 days. In the first survey phase, households in Siegen were randomly selected and invited by flyer. In the current second survey phase, the study was opened up to all other interested parties.

Over a period of two weeks, participants use an AI-supported stress coach and answer short questionnaires. Participation is anonymous, completely online & data protection compliant.

- This is what it's all about: How should counseling sessions between doctors and patients be designed so that people actually implement health recommendations in their everyday lives? This is what the study "Dementia prevention in everyday life" is investigating as part of the PaTH (Participation, Treatment Adherence & Health) research project. Participants receive a free consultation on dementia prevention - with specific, realistic recommendations for action, adapted to their individual life situation. Participants then complete an anonymous questionnaire for the consultation.
