The AAT programme is designed for anyone interested in corporate control and financial management. Deepen your expertise in accounting, auditing, and corporate taxation, and develop analytical and strategic skills for leadership roles in companies, consulting firms, and auditing firms. The AAT programme has a modular structure and offers a wide range of specialization options, allowing you to pursue either a specialized or a more generalist focus. Depending on your personal goals, this opens up many interesting career opportunities both in Germany and abroad.

You can start the programme in either the summer or winter semester. Courses are taught in German or English by experienced faculty members from academia and industry. The flexible programme structure allows for seamless integration with practical placements or study abroad. The AAT programme comprises four compulsory modules each in the field of accounting/auditing and corporate taxation (48 ECTS), nine elective modules (54 ECTS) and a master's thesis (18 ECTS).

In the elective area, you can choose individual specializations from an extensive catalog of modules. In addition to further offerings in the field of accounting, auditing, and corporate taxation, you also have the option to specialize in related subject areas (e.g., sustainable finance, restructuring, contract drafting, global economy, risk management, ...).
