Wednesday Academy
Fancy learning, research, education and discussion in an uncomplicated environment and with nice people? Then the University of Siegen's Wednesday Academy is the right place for you. The Wednesday Academy offers lectures, workshops, excursions and seminars for everyone. There are no prerequisites for participation.
The events take place continuously on Wednesdays on 10-11 days in both the summer and winter semesters.
Semester fee
The semester fee is 100 euros and enables participation in all courses offered by the Wednesday Academy as well as in the courses that fall under the additional program in the annotated course catalog. The costs of the Wednesday Academy are subsidized by the University of Siegen. The possibility of a reduction or exemption can be checked and determined by submitting a reasoned application.
Important: For a correct allocation of all transferred fees, it is absolutely necessary that you adhere to the intended use specified by us and select the respective semester.
No invoice will be sent for the semester fee.
