Workshop for Executives
Digital Transformation
Harnessing the Potential of Digitalization: Further Developing Business Models, Optimizing Processes.
Digital transformation is not only changing technologies and processes; it also affects individuals, organizations, and society as a whole. For companies and executives, digital transformation means questioning existing structures, identifying new opportunities, and actively shaping change processes.
This workshop introduces key approaches and tools for digital transformation. The focus is on strategic topics such as the digitization of business models and the fundamentals of information management. In addition, the workshop addresses the practical implementation of digital strategies—for example, through the digitization of products and services, as well as systematic business process management.
The content is illustrated using practical case studies, and various possibilities for digital transformation are discussed. Together with the other participants, the methods and tools presented are applied to their own professional contexts. This results in concrete starting points for the digitization of business models, products, services, and business processes.
