In this workshop, you’ll learn why rejections are a normal part of the job application process, how hiring decisions are made in Germany, and how to turn setbacks into opportunities for your personal and professional growth.

Stronger After Rejection

Rejections are a normal part of the job application process—but they don’t have to hold you back. In this workshop, you’ll develop mental resilience, learn how to deal with setbacks constructively, and gain practical strategies to stay motivated and confident as you continue on your path to starting your career.

Registration is required to participate. The workshop will be conducted in English.

What to Expect

  • Gain a better understanding of the job application process:
    Learn how hiring decisions are made in Germany and why rejections don’t always reflect your qualifications.

  • Build resilience and self-confidence:
    Learn not to take setbacks personally and to maintain your self-confidence even after rejections.

  • Learn from feedback:
    Use rejections as an opportunity to refine your job application strategy and create a personalized plan for long-term success.

Participation can count toward 2 points in the Well-Being & Social Integration category for the Employability Pass.
