Classes, a part-time job, and personal commitments can quickly lead to stress and burnout. In this workshop, you’ll learn how stress develops, what factors contribute to burnout, and how you can protect your mental health and stay resilient in the long term using practical strategies for everyday life.

Registration is required to participate. The workshop will be held in English.

What to Expect

  • Understanding Stress Better:
    Learn how stress develops, when it becomes overwhelming, and what warning signs indicate overload or burnout.

  • Developing healthy coping strategies:
    Learn practical methods to effectively reduce stress in your daily (academic) life and prevent burnout.

  • Find your personal balance:
    Analyze your individual stressors and develop strategies to balance your studies, work, and free time in the long term.

Participation can count toward 2 points in the Well-Being & Social Integration category of the Employability Pass.
