The House of Young Talents maintains memberships in various organizations to ensure mutual exchange and networking in the international field.

HRS4R: The University of Siegen recognises that maintaining and increasing its attractiveness for the best researchers from all over the world is crucial to the success of research and research-based teaching. It has therefore decided to pool its activities in the area of human resources for researchers as part of the European ‘Human Resources Strategy for Researchers’ (HRS4R).
 

EUA-CDE: The ‘European University Association – Council for Doctoral Education’ (EUA-CDE) brings together a community of academic leaders and professionals concerned with doctoral education and research training in Europe.
 

UniWinD/GUAT: The ‘German University Association for the Qualification of Early-Career Researchers in Germany‘ (GUAT) / ‘Universitätsverband zur Qualifizierung von Wissenschaftler:innen in frühen Karrierephasen in Deutschland’ (UniWinD) is a network of currently 87 member institutions that have made the promotion of early career researchers a central task of their universities. UniWiND is committed to optimising the qualification conditions for doctoral candidates and young academics in the postdoc phase in order to give them the best possible opportunities for future careers within and outside universities.
 

UniNetzPE: ‘Das bundesweite Netzwerk für Personalentwicklung an Universitäten [Network for personnel development at universities]’ (UniNetzPE) is the next decisive step towards the systematic professionalisation and establishment of personnel development at universities.
