Certificate

With the LehramtPLUS certificate, student teachers can acquire qualified proof of their continuing education during their studies and document their participation in the additional courses offered by the ZLB.

Requirements for obtaining the certificate

For all courses that take place within the framework of LehramtPLUS, a creditable amount of time in work units (AE) is specified. To obtain the certificate, 48 TUs must be completed, which can also be acquired over several semesters and across Bachelor's/Master's degrees. At least 4 of these must be workshops from the LehramtPLUS program. The remaining AE can be acquired through any other courses.

Optional certificate profile

A content profile can be selected for the LehramtPLUS certificate. This promotes and makes visible the in-depth examination of a specific content area. Profiles can currently be selected:

and
Media & Education

At least 32 of the 48 work units and 2 of the 4 workshops to be attended must be completed in the selected profile in order to demonstrate a profile. The profile-relevant courses are marked accordingly in the course overview.

Registration and application for the certificate

The registration requirements for the individual courses from the LehramtPLUS continuing education program can be found on the respective websites. Prior registration for the certificate or one of the profiles is not necessary. All courses that can be credited for LehramtPLUS can be found in the calendar of events.

Please then send the completed form by e-mail with the scanned evidence attached to lehramtplus@zlb.uni-siegen.de. Once your certificate has been created, you will receive a digital version of the certificate by e-mail and a printed copy by post.
