Absences
- 1. if you are unable to attend part of the compact seminar for good reason (illness, sudden clash of dates, etc.), you must notify the lecturer and the ZfL-P immediately, i.e. in any case before the start of the course.
- If you do not cancel your attendance in advance, this may be considered an unexcused absence (see below).
- Excused absences of up to 3 hours can be accepted by the lecturer without compensation.
- In the case of excused absences of more than 3 hours, the ZfL-P, in consultation with the lecturers, will endeavor to find a way of compensation, which can only consist of written assignments in exceptional cases, as the joint preparation/reflection of practical phases cannot be adequately replaced in this way. However, you are not entitled to participate in another seminar.
- In the event of unexcused absence from a significant part of the preparation or follow-up work, the lecturer will decide, in consultation with the ZfL-P, whether to exclude you from the internship (e.g. if you have missed an entire preparation day) or to repeat the accompanying seminar (e.g. in the case of a follow-up day).
