Moodle is the University of Siegen's central digital learning management system for organizing and integrating online and classroom teaching.

In cooperation with the International Office, the Language Center hosts international movie nights several times each semester. These events give you the chance to watch exciting films from around the world while improving your foreign language skills in an entertaining way.

Learning languages is a personal journey—and isn’t always limited to a single language. Our cross-language counseling services are designed for you if you’re looking for support in planning, organizing, or optimizing your language-learning process.

We’ll advise you regardless of which language you’re learning or would like to learn. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, develop appropriate learning strategies, and find the right programs at the Language Center.

At the University of Siegen’s Language Center, students can take the onSET in German and English. The C-Test, which is used worldwide, enables a quick and accurate assessment of language proficiency. Colleges, universities, and language institutes use the onSET to place language learners, students, and scholarship recipients in language courses or to assess their progress.
