Organizing Gender & Diversity in Research, Teaching and Administration

Certificate

What role do gender and diversity aspects play in research proposals? What unconscious biases can influence appointment procedures? How can teaching be designed in such a way that it does justice to the diversity of students? And how can diversity-sensitive communication succeed in the service and advisory areas?

The certificate is aimed at all university employees who would like to deepen their gender and diversity skills for their respective area of work.
