In addition to the Executive Board, the Institute is made up of all university lecturers in the subject of social pedagogy as well as the lecturers in the degree programs and all full-time academic staff in the subject. The technical and administrative staff involved in coordinating studies in the subject and student representatives from the degree programs assigned to Social Pedagogy are also part of the Institute.
